Daily and Monthly collation of sales figure for outlets and;
Monthly preparation of statement of expenditure for the head office;
Compilation of outlets’ (southern region) monthly income statements for consolidation with head office expenses;
Analysing monthly income statements using Sales, Cost of Sales and operational expenses as bases of comparison with previous month, quarter and year;
Posting of outlet’s bank tellers into the system;
Raising and posting of monthly journals (Bank and others Charges, interest on loan, payroll, prepaid rent, prepaid insurance and other prepayments) into the system.
Adequate supervision of the Outlets’ Accounts and Accountants
Other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.


Qualifications and Requirements

OND in account and 2 years experience

Good communication skills
Knowledge of ERP and other accounting packages will be an added advantage.
