I don't know if it applies to Waec and Testimonial.

But in 9ja, if you say diploma what comes to mind is OND.

Now my conclusion, we should all I understand that only God gives visas. Onces God is on your side, you'll get it. Secondly, ones confidence goes a long way. Speak audibly and confidently.
