"Erstwhile Federal legislator and member
of All Progressive Grad Alliance (APGA)
Colonel George Ozodinobi (Rtd)of Nimo,
popularly called Aja Ajanze ,formally
declared for the APC yesterday amid
pomp in a politically rally at Abagana
where Senator Dr Chris Ngige, urging the
people of Njikoka local government area
to look beyond those who register two,
three and four times and take advantage
of the anti-erosion programme he has
for Abagana and Nimo.
Ngige also came down heavily on the
APGA candidate in the gubernatorial race
Mr Willie Obiano currently enmeshed for
virtually abandoning his own programme
to imitate him but noted that this is an
acceptance of failure as the governorship
race is not for those who imitate do the
peoples agenda.
Ozodinobi was a legislator as APGA, and
was to be the senatorial candidate of the
party until je was displaced by Prof Dora
Akunyili. He quit the party and became
foundation member of the newly
registered United Progressive Party (UPP),
where he was later appointed the
Chairman, Board of Trustees.
He however quit today noting ‘ I am
joining Ngige because I want to be part
of victory, as they is none that compares
with Ngige in the current race for
Anambra State Government House’ he
said before handing over the keys to the
11 brand –new Sienna XLE 2006 model
mini-buses to enable Ngige further
energize what he called his succeeding
gubernatorial campaigns’
Welcoming Ozodinobi and his
supporters , Ngige told the over 20,000
citizens who thronged the Ezi Icheke
Square, cultural capital of Abagana, that
Ozodinobi is a good Igbo man who has
returened to the real Igbo party ,APC.’
He noted that Ozodinobi has a ‘rich
history of supporting worthy causes and
therefore the people of Njikoa are
blessed to have a son like him’
Buttressing Ngige reminded his audience
that there are nine igbo personalities in
the national Working Committee of the
party.
He urged the people to arise and reject
any party that imitates other peoples
[programme noting that he is
determined to bring free education to
Anambra State.
Those who are now talking about free
education without thinking ,just because
it is contained in my 12-point agenda,
should explain to you why they have had
eight years and did not do free
education’ Ngige said adding ‘those who
embargoed employment for eight years
should not be allowed to deceive people
now with way employment which will
disappears after elections, because it has
happened before’
Ngige accompanied by the Directors ad
Deputy Directors of his regards U THE
November 2013 race promised to solve
the erosion problem in Njikoka, and
honour their request to build two link
roads in each of the six towns that make
up the local government area.

I foresee Anambra state going to APC in 2014, after which Abia state will be "captured" by APC from the failure by 2015
