RockMaxi: Over confidence. That is what really happened. We already won the game before the match which shouldn't be. We must know that no team is an underdog and even the mexico in question could come back and qualify. Our boys must learn to fight within the regulation time and stop underrating other teams at all We are too egocentric when we do something and win we start underrating others. Same issue happens to our senior team. I think this is the first time I am seeing some young Nigerians presented as under 17. The previous payers, known was under 17. If we can keep doing things right by playing the true age group, we shall then start dreaming of playing well in world cup. Our age cheating has been the barrier in which our players start suffering when they are supposed to be playing as an adult, their ages start telling on them. Let us do the right thing and we shall get there ar the top. We have talented youths better because of corruption from our coaches who wants to make name and money, they have been using old men as under 17 and that was why people like Nduka Ugbade and their likes, Demeji Lawal could not excel in their career. It was because the government helped to reward their past efforts by giving them jobs to work with the NFA. 1 Like |
