I will enumerate the reasons why I perceive there wasn't any corruption as against what most South West media will want you or the public to believe.

1. This campaign of calumny started with the crash of Agagu's chartered flight to force her resignation while the campaigners shielded the DG of NCAA that was responsible for day to day safety and logistical controls of airlines and airways.

2. The anti Stella Oduah camp started castigating her achievements by sponsoring articles on how Stella Oduah breached laid down procedures before internationalisation of Enugu Airport quoting FAAN or NCAA as sources of their news, this was also refuted by both NCAA and FAAN.

3.These same people started posting the photoshops of leaking and degraded portions of upgraded Airports while accusing her of fraud and narrowing her achievements to painting of Airport buildings.

4. Seeing the insufficiencies of the above allegations then come this one as the last stroke to break the Carmel's back. The purchase of armoured cars.

I have looked into it from both sides of the divide and came up with these conclusions having worked in Administrative positions for a long period of time.

The said documents were authentic and due process were followed while the paperwork from the authorisation, payment, supply and to the store keeper were all in place.

The media accused the minister of corruption based on three cardinal principles.

1. Was the purchase of the armour cars budgeted?

2. The priority, having falsely told the public that the ministry hadn't enough money for training of staff and other sundry expenditures.

3. The cost of the Cars

Then, the DG of NCAA made official statement exonerating the minister from any complicity and abuse of office.

My questions then are:

Why the continued public mobbing of the minister before the court of public opinion when the DG of NCAA has spoken and cleared Stella of every accusation / suspicion levelled against her if the sponsors and the media don't have ulterior motive?

Who negotiated the price? This the only question yet to be answered and nobody can authoritatively say it's madam minister having failed with the accusation that the cars weren't in 2013 budget.

Even if Stella Oduah negotiated the price, was she instructed and presented with the alternative and so on.

Can you now why I an yet to see any corruption on the part of the minister.
