 Today, I almost died never experienced this kind of constipation in the last 4 years, it was soo hurtful I cried in my room for like 2 hours, hopeless, tired and so sad. figuring out how to push this monster I knew if I pushed it without suppositories laxatives , I wld hurt my self so I called the cab, the cab driver was Ghanaian. he realized I was looking sick and tired. I told him na constipation oo  . he drove me quickly to the nearest drug store  and the pharmacist gave me the best thing ever, he said i shld put it into my anus/rectum and by 15 minutes . .I shld be okay when I went home, I inserted the stuff inside my hole and waited for like 45 minutes it finally came outthe war is over, my brothers and sisters that stuff cld have killed me today but I survived  |

from now onwards I will only eat junk food once a week drink more water and eat more fruits I will avoid eating my best food "Yam" all the time, which was one of the main causes of my constipation |

Why are you always having constipation onila. So does that mean that you dont recieve servicing through the äss? If not try and look for someone with big pouder, who will be strifing your anus for you, so that it will be wide open, then you will not be experiencing it again. |

I eat yam and heavy food too much, and hardly drink water but after what I went thru today, I have to change my bad habits this constipation taught me a big life lesson and who does anal se..x  I thought it was only done by p0rn stars |
