yesterday we had an outage for over 8 hours and we were so distressed!!! #blink blink# Power was restored at 7:30pm and has been on ever since which is our normal status quo! it remains for our phcn guys to be sending us sms on why there is or would be outages.  so my rating .....of course 5+ |

We get 24 hours for up to 4 days at a stretch.. With a break of usually less than one hour.. And its back to power spree.. I'll say 5! |
