The first video is the opinion of Richard Dawkins. The second video is very interesting as it is an actual debate. I am a molecular biologist and I have no problem reconcilling my research/findings with the existence of God. Science in my view seeks to understand the physical creations of God. As I learn more and more about the genes and how the interact, the complexity of gene regulation, I am more convinced that God created and engineeered all creations. I hope that one day science would have advanced so much that a physically tangible link between the genes and the power of God that created the genes will be demonstrated in the lab. Thus, contrarly to Richard Dawkins I belief that advances in understanding the working of the DNA will finally provide incontrovertible physical evidence of the existence of the creator, the almighty GOD. |
