Hey man I really feel for u but I'd rather suggest that u have a proper test to unravel the nature of ur illness. Klinefelters are sterile males and its as a result of genetic disorder during genetic recombination and pairing. Your chances of being a klinefelter are minimal,don't just read and conduct an e-test for urself on google. The best you can get from google is a cancer diagnosis section. That asides,be sure to carry out a proper test on ur condition before concluding.
But I am pretty sure it isn't klinefelter syndrome,but if it is,then the process is very costly cos it is a genetic disorder.

I really can't tell,maybe if u can go to a teaching hospital around u,things can get better. I am an aspiring geneticist and I don't think those symptoms are any way near klinefelters syndrome
