1.The company seeking for registration with NIPC must first obtain the NIPC Form 1A. A non refundable deposit of N10,000.00 must be paid and receipt obtained.
2. The form will be completed by the company and submitted at NIPC Headquarters in Abuja with the following;
a. 2 copies of receipt for payment of N10,000.00
b. Certificate of incorporation.
c. The memorandum and Articles of association of the company.
d. Receipt of payment of stamp duties on the authorised share capital of the company as at the date of the application.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the applicant company.
f. partnership( joint-venture) agreement where applicable
g. Feasibility report and project implementation program of the company for its proposed business
h. Title deed of land evidencing firm commitment to acquire business premises for the company to carry on its business operations.
i. Training program for Nigerian staff or personnel policy of the company,incorporating management succession schedule for qualified Nigerians.
j. Evidence of capital importation for wholly foreign companies
k.information brochure, if any, on the foreign partner.
NOTE: An enterprise in which foreign participation is permitted must apply for registration with NIPC before commencing business in Nigeria.( s.20 NIPC Act)
