WHAT WOULD A TECHNOCRAT DO.

1 Scrap the entire aviation ministry and leave behind an NCAA employing only essential staffs(no more than 600 direct employees i.e air traffic controllers ,fire fighters)
2contract out all airport structures to a building management firm with a track record of managing airports.
3scrap all unviable airports and convert them to a mere landing strips for emergency landings and chartered flights.
4contract out all ancillary aviation services like car hire ,maintenance,taxis,cargo handling ,cleaning etc.
5remove all security agencies apart from Immigrations and custom .collapse the duties of the other agencies into these 2.recruit well educated ,presentable and well mannered individual to fill those roles.
6lease out terminals to the most active airlines.
7 use airport assets to increase revenues like creating and designating areas in the airport vicinity for long-term carparks ,car hire centres,hotels,bereau the change and relaxation joints.
