I wonder if I'm the only one who has noticed almost all works have stopped in benin city. The roads have been abandoned & residents aren't finding it funny at all, even the state hospital that collapsed is still the way it was, the man has gotten his second tenure & he is now on a chopping spree while using raining season has an excuse for not working |
