3 SIMPLE STEPS

1] Take out the battery ,sim card and any other peripherals (if it has one), immediately!
2] Put all the parts in a bag of uncooked rice.
3] Leave in the rice for a 1 - 2 days. Whatever you do, do not turn it on until it has been in the rice for those few days.

Rice is a form of descant which absorbs moisture. Once the rice is in the bag it would absorb the moisture present in the phone.

NOTE: This pocess may not be applicable for other forms of liquid eg; Oil, Tea, Fuel, Sea water etc
