Can A Person Survive Eating Just Fruits? by Nobody: 2:39pm On Oct 30, 2013 |
Well was wondering if a person can survive eating just fruit everyday like banana, apple, water melon, pinapple, orange and carrot because going to the kitchen to cook everyday is not easy and considering people's advice that maggi, oil, salt and some ingredients nigerians put in their food are sometime bad to our health or the way we mix ingredient to make that delicious meal can be harmful to our health. I want to know if fruits eating can replace the food we eat. What will be the fruit benefit to our health or is it better to eat food instead? 1 Like |

Sure, but d problem is that u might loose a lot of weight and even get underweight which can be dangerous, and u can't really get all d classes of nutrients with fruits, e:g protein. Its all good if u av a short fruitfast or selct some days in d week when u will live on only fruit but for an active person ,u will nee more.for d western diet ,dey tend to lean heavily on meat proteins/fish and veggies and fruits as a source of minerals, vitamins and even carbs, wit a bit of fat in between, whatever works for u, just make sure d person is not not prone to seesawing sugar levels e.g diabetes bfore embarking on d journey |
