BUYING A LAND AND BUYING A CAR

Pls, friends I need a brotherly advice. Im married with 2 kids at the moment. Im also expecting one more to make it three. Im working, with an average monthly salary. Im currently facing a problem on what to do with my savings. Im undecided whether to buy a car or use the money to buy a land. My 2 kids are already in primary one and nursery one respectively. I pay N15,000 to a driver every month that takes my kids to their school. Myself, I always join public transport to my office every day. My wife is not doing anything at the moment. I have the cash to buy a car of atleast N1m. But i also need to buy a land so that i can start building. I have a 1-bedroom I built some time ago but as my family is increasing the place does not contain us again. Im currently living in a 2-bedroom flat outside my state where im working. Pls i need sincere advice on what to do with the cash

Sincerely, I'd advise you to get a small car with low maintenance (may be a manual gear propelled car) and buy a parcel of land in a developing area. Its depends on where you want. Like where I stay, you can get one for around 350-550k. Car can be necessity or luxury, depending on your reasons of getting it. Now you need a reliable 4 plugs car to take you from point a to b with low maintenance and a parcel of land to erect some beautiful cute structures on in the nearest feauture. That's my take, anyway. You can achieve both with what you have, buy Nigerian use car golf3, Honda bulldog, Honda bullet, Toyota Camry orobo etc but go with reliable mechanic to check, b4 buying so that you won't spend 15k on it weekly, Toyota n Honda are better most mechanic can work on it, this cars are btw 250 - 400,if you r filling to big for this type of car tag it "oh I bought it for my wife to perfect Herr driving lolo" if you are in lagos with your 600 you can get land outside lagos mowe/ibafo, ifo/Sanyo, ibeju-lekki area after Ajah, I prefer ibeju-lekki area sa. You don't have to buy full plot of land, half is ok, quarter is manageable for a start, this wont be the last house u will built in your lifetime, its just a start up or warming up for something bigger coming to your life.
