During its life-time, the company had a notorious record of constant blackouts across the country, high estimation and crazy billing, bad public image, penchant high for treating customers badly.

The PHCN is survived by Corruption, the chief mourner and many children amongst whom are Crazy biling, Electrocuted people due to weak network, liquidated companies and high youth employment!

The PHCN has since been buried officially today across the federation with its carcasses already being devoured by animals.
