Wisdom is not fact, fact is knowledge. Understanding is the light that shines and when light comes wisdom will result. That is why so many people have not been able to cross the bridge between knowledge and wisdom because they lack understanding. Many people go to church for encouragement, but God set up the church for understanding. I tell people in church it’s not necessarily my job to teach you banking, but if I give you understanding in church you can do better in banking; you already have facts.

In fact, when you get understanding which is the supernatural flow of light that floods your soul, you’ll see life better than others see it, you’ll see it farther, you’ll see it deeper, you’ll see issues clearer before others see them and longer than they see them. Your decisions will be out of this world, you’ll simplify what is confusing people because you have understanding. I pray that God will baptize you with understanding. Many people have been taught how to invest, this is wonderful, but I’ve told people not to get involved until they get understanding so they don’t damage themselves God wants us to have knowledge, but then He wants us to have understanding because once understanding comes it will result in wisdom.

I am sure you have never seen any university that has a faculty of wisdom or department of understanding, all that every university offers is knowledge. For you to win in life, you’ve got to cross into wisdom. I’m not talking of smartness though you can make it a little bit if you are smart. The fact of life is that the hardest workers are the poorest paid because there are three levels at which you can work:

(1.) You can work at the level of your physical strength.

(2.) You can work at the level of your mental ability.

(3.) You can also work at the level of your spiritual sensitivity.

The lowest level of earning comes at the level of your physical strength which is the reason labourers earn the least pay in any organization. There have been footballers who made a lot of money in the past who are broke currently. It is because they can make a lot of money with the skills in their legs, but if they don’t move up to their brain somebody that is working with his own brain can collect all that money later. The highest level of earning will come when you begin to work from the level of your spirit as a child of God. You can’t ever go wrong working from your spirit and that should be your goal.
