otokx: Not signed, we Nigerians are always experts in coming up with excuses not to meet deadlines. KWASU should come and learn from UNIPORT, when deadline expires you pay 50% surcharge on top.Easy for you to say. When last did government or school authorities give themselves deadlines to fix a non functioning facility? Common even under consumer protection laws a service provider cannot request full payment when they have not provided full services. We need to look at all these arbitrary rules which is mostly against the masses. Do you know how many months it would take a father earning minimum wage to raise 100k for his son's school fees ? Five months. Thats if he doesn't even touch a kobo of it.so do you wanna tell me that the father has a silly excuse not to pay up in time? An unjust law is no law. 1 Like |
