You cant be Nigeria president, simply because you ve express interest. People who become Nigeria president don't ask for it, they are given on a platter of gold. Shagari did nt ask, they gave him, Shonekan was sitting on his own and was promoted to president, Obasanjo was recuperating from prison trauma, when they forced him to aso rock.
