Please, I'll be needing your INFORMED advice on what decision to take vis-a-vis furthering my education abroad specifically USA.

I am a final year computer science student wishing to get a masters degree in the field of ICT.

However, I do not know in which area to specialize, more so the particular school that would fit my shoestring budget.

I'll appreciate anyone out there who has got any good info that would be of help.

I really want to study in a renowned school in the US though I'm not looking for any in the Ivy League.

Any suggestions about schools in Europe are also welcome.
