ENGLAND V CHILE INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY Venue:Wembley Date:Friday, 15 November 2013 Manchester United pair Michael Carrick and Danny Welbeck have withdrawn from the England squad for the friendlies against Chile and Germany. Midfielder Carrick, 32, has an Achilles tendon problem, while 22-year-old striker Welbeck has a knee injury. England meet Chile on Friday and Germany on Tuesday, with both games at Wembley. Carrick & Welbeck for England Carrick made his England senior debut against Mexico in May 2001 and has since earned 31 caps.
