Well said and to say many simply forget that the time shall come when the owner of breathe of life will take it is simply appalling. All is vanity.

I doubt you understand what this thread is all about. This issue has nothing to do with writing a will or not but recoverering stolen properties

Read through the report again, it wasn't stolen, it's an eviction issue. Understanding is a big problem.

geeez: They want to kii demselves over one house in Ikoyi

Meanwhile, the man's republic is not just uninhabitable but also can't command a N40m rent on a property when serviced flats already go for N25m and beyond in a city built through the ingenuity of Jakande and bastardized under the military but reinvented through the vision of Tinubu and powered by BRF

Good son. Your Daddy must be so proud of you!!! I never knew some humans survive without brains.

what does this have to do with LASG?this is an issue solely within the ojukwu family.

I don't see how this is a setback to the suit filed by ojukwu transport company.its simply a technicality and probably shows that OTC requires better legal counsel of they ever want to win this case.even a lay man knows in a dispute like this, you file a writ of summons

Recovering stolen property. Free loaders won't give up those properties they occupy all over Lagos cos they have nothing to show for at the rock they hail from in Oshogbo hills.....lol
