Am wondering if this phcn privatation is nt a means of shortchanging Nigerians, and extorting us.
I came back yesteday, and saw a bill on my flat, N72,676 from PHED-Port harcourt Electrical Distribution Company. My area is jst bad in terms of light and we are used to it.
I use 2300 for my 20 litre of petrol each week and this is because i dont stay at home during the day, it would have been more.
Now light has nt improve at all and the first assignment they have is bring a large bill for me to pay.
