One Nation is almost 100% Religious & Superstitious. The other is largely Agnostic (AKA Buddhist) with only 15% Christian & 15% Muslim. Both countries received their independence from colonial rule around the same time. One is the 5th Richest Nation in the World & the other is infamously affiliated with fraud & corruption. I know that the Abrahamic Faith isn't the only factor involved in Nigeria's demise but I can't help but think that it's like 90% of the problem. Divide & conquer type of thing. Is it Religious distractions that allow Nigerians to be fleeced of their revenue by corrupt politicians & multinational corporations?
