Would Exercises Be Of More Harm Than Benefit To Me? by Theflint1(m): 1:55pm On Nov 16, 2013 |
Hello, am a 21 year old male, and I weigh about 61kg, with a height of 6.08ft, giving me a less than average BMI, I am about to go into vigorous exercising, I.e carrying of weights, so I am wondering if it won't be detrimental to me to engage in such 'strenuous' body building exercises. Please would need answers, as Google didn't offer much needed info. Mods front page please. |
