Day before yesterday 15/11/2013 around 8PM my two lines suddenly stopped making calls, browsing and sending text messages. The worst part of it is that even my business line I registered was also restricted.
Yesterday morning been the election day 16/11/2013 I called 180 with another line and I told them everything that happened the lady that answered said she has forwarded the issue to those in charge.

I waited and the lines isn't going, the worst part of it is that I can receive calls but can't make calls nor browse. I had to switch to Airtel before I was able to access the internet yesterday.
Until some minutes past 4PM yesterday my two lines started going which is after the election.

I now begin to wonder why only my two lines were restricted at the same time.

I need urgent answer from MTN otherwise I will go to court for the damages.

Same thing happend 2 me. I complained 2 dem on my first line, dey responded by blocking d second one as well! I cudnt call out, text or browse for 3dayz. I tink those of us dat suffered dis injury shud com 2geda & bring a Class Action against MTN.

Dis is bad

I want this thread on FP as soon as possible. MTN have to explain to me why such happened.
