@omen100, don't be too sure about lagos, if you happen to be on the bridge near National theatre heading to the island especially in the morning around 7, look down especially if you are in a BRT bus and see people squatting, passing out waste.

I totally agree with this statistics. During my NYSC days i served where there was no toilet or it was better to even use the bush cos of water to flush. I also think this statistic also included bad toilets. You will be surprised at the kinds of toilets some houses have.
