Am a new member here,but have an issue disturbing my heart.Am working with a notable company , the company sent me on a training worth of 200k and I was ask 2 sign a document which entails that I will work with them for the next 18months but presently am about getting a job with a bank.what am I going to do......advise please

Bank or no Bank first forget it.....I can see alot of prospect in a company that want to invest their money to send you on training worth such amount of money..My guy my candid advice for you is to work on the two as well and later place the two on weigh and see the best U can fit in.....all the best broda
