Anyone, any age, can get angry. Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces u to grow beyond what you were. When anger rises, think of the consequences. The wind of anger blows out the lamp of intelligence. Holding onto anger, resentment and hurt only gives u tense muscles, headache and a sore jaw from clenching your teeth. Forgiveness gives u back the laughter and the lightness in your life. When u feel "dog tired" at night, it may be because u growled all day. The best remedy for anger is delay. Anger is never without a reason, but seldom a good one. Anger makes dull men witty, but it keeps them poor. People all over the world get angry, that's one of many things we have in common. Never get angry. Never make a threat. Reason with people.
