Somebody help me with the English name of this deliciously juicy nuts from the North.
They usually come in two varieties; sun dried and freshly harvested.
While the sun-dried version is sweeter, it can be hard on your jaws after a while.

dunno what oyinbo dey call am, but its called ofio in yoruba. i'm crazy about it, especially the dried type.

I think someone should come up with a nice commercial packaging for it, i'll sure buy it as i prefer it to peanuts. I just don't like the way those guys sell it in wheel barrows.
And on the nutritional level, i think it will also make a good non-animal dairy. The milky taste is so on point.
