I am not sure if this is the right place to request or ask my questions about a land and uncompleted building I am in the verge of selling. I would like to know how much a 1 1/2 plot is currently selling in the market, especially if it has uncompleted boy's quarter with four bedrooms / two bathrooms, sewer system in place, partially fenched, and a 4 (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms) foundation layout for sale. Please if anyone has an idea of how much this sort of property should be selling please kindly let me know. I have already spent more than two million naira in it excluding the money that I used to purchase of the land. If anyone is also interested please email me at chukso@yahoo.com |
