Simple things bro:

1. Move to a HLD (.com). STOP using - google no longer supports that.
2. Ensure your new domain name is at least 6 months old.
3. Write quality articles that are discoverable via search engines
4. Follow google's T&C strictly.

That's all. Within 6 months, you should be in!
