Nigerian born fast, powerful and Newcastle United player, Obafemi Martins lost has lost his Mum at the early hours of today.
The aged woman died, according to family sources, as a result of shock after witnessing an early morning inferno as a result of an accident involving a fuel tanker that lost control and fell at Orile area of Lagos near the family house.
It was learnt that she woke up this morning and alerted family members of the raging inferno and asked everyone to leave the house.
"She came down through the stair case and entered her vehicle and was being driven away by the driver and suddenly she collapsed and died. I think it was as a result of shock because of the accident", a family member, Mojeem, said.
