Hi! I am a 23 year old boy who is finding life difficult because of a habit i don't know how to stop. the thing is that i have been masturbating for 8 years now and it is making me lose focus in life. Seriously, this thing have made me to come out in shame to seek a permanent solution from people who might have had similarly experience to advice me on what to do. I know some people will say some horrible things to me but i dnt rily care at this point in time. I am not getting any younger. I have been thinking i could do this on my own but i now have every reason to think that this is something spiritual and would want to do something about it.
