I have been following for some months the youwin 3 which is an effort by the FGN to create more jobs and alleviate poverty in Nigeria by giving business loans to young entrepreneurs with good business plans. I've started writing my proposal and I'll be through in a few days. What I'm yet to know is the genuineness and authenticity of this programme. Are there youths that have been getting the grants? Do you know a friend or relative who has benefited from the past ones? Abi our government has come again with their lies and insincerity? stay there wondering if it is a scam or not, instead of concentrating your effort on your proposal, did they ask you for money? Is it not free? So, why will it be a scam? You know the meaning of scam?

If you have been following threads here on youwin over the years, you will know so many Nairalanders are beneficiaries without having any oga at the top. I applied after seeing the first edition advertised here by 'beaf', a nairalander and I won. And so many did the same way. During youwin 2, my wife also applied and won.
