Back to topic, Nigeria governors are fond of going to Europe to "seek" investors, while what most of them actually do is to stash more stolen money in Swiss, Luxembourg and Lichtenstein banks. If they ( the governors) provide the necessary infrastructures and stop stealing,investors will be coming to Nigeria in droves without invitation. As we say in Igbo, only beautiful flowers attract bees.
