We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for both HR and Technology to join our Reseller Programme. The programme offers partners the opportunity to make commissions of 200k to 300k per month building their own HR Service Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
o Prospecting new clients and following up aggressively on contacts
o Gathering market and customer information; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
o Deliver presentations / demos and attend sales meetings to pitch sales
o Educate prospects about product portfolio and services offered
o Achieve minimum sales targets

Requirements:
o Confidence, boldness and a mature disposition
o Good professional wardrobe
o Means for mobility, communication and a location that could serve as your base
o A high degree of self-motivation and drive
o Must have an entrepreneurial spirit
o Good presentation skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o Ability to convince business owners on the benefits of a solution
o Ability to build relationships with corporate clients
o Previous sales experience is an added advantage

Please note that this is NOT a job vacancy. This is not an opportunity that pays a fixed salary. Remuneration is 100% commission based. Individuals will take home 50% earning on every sale. Sales are in 3 bands: 50k, 100k and 300k.
