Arik Air from Lagos to Jos today deliberately left customers luggage behind in Lagos without prior notice. This misnomer can only happen in Nigeria, poor customer relationship, many people had important stuff in there luggage ;Documents for interview, wedding gown, etc. It's a shame. |
