• Diagnose apparatus and components to be installed, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Must work according to a plan with regards to what are the key essentials and what needs to be modified before the installation starts
• Review and approve project reports and designs
