Pls I will like to know how much IBTC pays marketers.

Ur target if u r a personal banker is 80 salary/transactional current accounts by end of month.atleast u must meet up 75% which is 60.salary is been payed 10th of d followin month.with dat u are entitled to 25k base pay + 15k tp allowance + commisions on both loans and liabilities on dos accs ur brot.if u cudnt meet 75% bt cud meet up 50%,which is 40 accs,u only get 15k tp allowances + commision.if u r a business banker,u are to bring 27 business/sole trader accounts.aleast,75% which is 21accs givs u 25kbase pay+15tp and commisions on liability.if u still cudnt bt cud only meet up 50% which is 14accs,u get 15k allowee only + commision on d liabilities on d accs.failure to get to 75% and above or atleast 50%,u go home with just liabilities on d accs only which cud b less dan 1k self.except u fit bring liability with heavy millions or billions of naira ooo which is a pipe dream.d 3rd one is collections,u r to generate a some of 280million naira from tax payers.75%,40k.50%,15k.anytin less is nothin for u for the month.d 4th one is (NIIB),islamic bankin,u are to bring 4million naira amonths.75% which is 3million naira,u get 40k.50%,which is 2million,u get 15%.bt less dan 50%,u go home dry.liabilities on d accs also count for u.mind u d liabilities is divided in 5% per annum which u enjoy for only 3months on each acc.so ma guy,dats how dey do it in stanbic ibtc ooooo.
