1.) Kill Bill: Volume 1 (2003) and Volume 2 (2004).

This is the movie that endeared me to Lucy Liu.

Each time I remember or see the name “Lucy Liu” ; the first thing that comes to my mind is a scene in this movie, where Lucy Liu was to be made the overall head of the Yakuza Mafia in Tokyo and one of the disgruntled Yakuza Mafioso, who was also vying for that position insulted Lucy Liu by calling her “Half Amerikan, Half Japanese LovePeddler”.

Hahaaaa! I am particularly intrigued by the way & manner Lucy Liu (Oren Ishii) climbed onto that long table, and tiptoed like a ninja to where “Boss Tanaka” was seated and then decapitated his head with her Hatori Hanzo Sword.

Another reason why I so much love the movie is the soundtrack “Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) rendered by Nancy Sinatra.
