New year resolutions have become an annual 'ritual' and many of us seem to abandon them before the mid year. I was introduced to masturbation by my step-brother around 2003. Ever since then, the harder I tried to leave it,the more enjoyable I found it. This affected me all through my NYSC programme and January this year, I resolved and decided to put an end to it. God actually helped me and I would have gone to church to give thanksgiving if not its attendant stigmatisation! By the way, were you able to sustain and maintain your 2013 new year resolution?
