ZOOM is ok. At least compared to others, I'm talking about their dial-up not EVDO. They should improve their bandwidth capacity at the back-end and improve their downloading speed.

Haba, Why i go sell the modem with remaining days subcription for 8k 
I will tell you what u want to know now,
I brought the modem for 21k ( That was Last Year August)
Was using normal connection and upgrade to broadband for 16k (That was Last Year December)
Also PAYING 15K EVERY MONTH
Can  u see that u 8k is nothing,  If i will give u this modem for 8k, that means i want to give u for free.
This will b going for 16k,  Anyone who want to buy should contact,  Am situated in Mushin.

Hi all, I got the Novatel 727 from Zoom Iganmu during this promo, on the 7th. It's working quite fine for a SOHO of 7. Victor don't sell,keep your modem as things may improve.Verizon may increase the bandwidth they are dashing us through Zoom.

i nid ya help!!! i have just just been notified that starcomms has blocked my line from browsing!!!

imagine, my line was blocked the day before my subscription expired and i was not notified, only to go and renew my subscription den to b told my line had been blocked.

anybody had such experience? and how was it resolved. cos now they are telling me i have to buy anoda line

will appreciate any help, cos im willing to take this to any length i might have to go

of course i asked them n i was told i was reported by a site to have downloaded copyrighted material, which to me sounds ridiculous!. they agreed to show me proof when i get to their office, i just needed to find out if anyone has eva had similar problems and how it was resolved, u knw na, an added knowledge frm some1 with d same experience may actually help me out.

i have been using starcomms for years now and hav neva had this problem, d only thing dat crosses my mind dat i downloaded recently is my cousins wedding pictures on her website n i dont want to beliv dats d cause of d bann. well dont want to assume till i get to thier office.

so anyone on this thread with a similar experience? since both my internet line n my dads own was blocked n it was d weddin site is d only thing we had in common as per internet usage. but i dont want to belive dat will warrant blocking of my account

i can c u r catching your trips abi?? u think its funny paying for a service only for d customer care to tell you your account has been blocked and your money is gone!! imagine i was told i will have to buy a new line. one of d representatives even had d guts to tell me dat even if its a million naira i paid that there's nothing they can do about it.

d most annoying thing is i just renewed my subscription friday n i havnt even browsed after i paid on friday

i tink d same tin happened to simirng(a nairalander) and he talked about it on dis thread, tho i cnt remember d page but i tink he went dere wit some ilitary guys and raised some dust; dey ltr released d line
my advice if u cant get some uniforms,,,,,,,,,go wit a lawyer and threaten to sue dia a**,,,,,,,,,,,,,,_{dey r so fond of doin dat witout notification}

Point of Correction, That cannot happen to me because ZOOM can neva try that with their customers, Advice for u, A frined of mine , Starcomms has blocked almost 4 of his modem because u knw nah But now he got new one and change his ip with AOL Dailer software (US IP) So that they will not have a link or trace of him,
