If the bank cannot treat a complaint for reversal of atm debit dated 06-09-2013 till date. It happened that i made a fund transfer using FBN debit card to credit my UBA account on the mentioned date. My FBN account was debited but destination account (UBA) was not credited. After several reminders and calls to their contactcenters with the aim of getting solution but as i write nothing have been done. Simply ebanking issues, FBN cannot resolve for months and such issues would have been resolved within days in UBA. What are they really good at? BIG FOR NOTHING. In ebanking TRULY THE LAST.

Have you been to one of their branch to lodge the complain, if not better you do, although they are big but we have a more bigger bank in Nigeria.
That's the other side of cashless "network bleep up"
