If you are among those that are truely serious about going to heaven, and there are some restitution you have not yet made, there are some things you borrowed and you have not yet returned, don't be surprised when you get at the gate, it might hindered you from going further into the kingdom of God. there are many people that believe it doesnt matter anymore to return the stolen object, after all, God has forgiven them of their sins, and what matter most now is what they do next.

Believe it or not, what I know is this. Anything you owe your neighbour, you must return it.
God is a faithful God, when you bring your matter to him, he will provide a way. But many people will want to use it for something else instead of paying back

2ndly if the person is dead, then dont he/she has family you can pay the money to?

let me answer you because you have asked wisely.
The one ready to be thrown away doesnt belong to the anymore, because it's not useful to him anymore. E.g lazarus pick to eat from food that drop from the rich man table, the rich man can't eat that you know? But lazarus can eat it.

2ndly this may be difficult, but it's the best. You have to truely proove to God that you want to return it, if the value of the items worth 500naira, pick up 500 from your pocket and tell God, explain the story to him and present the money to him, then wrap it in a paper and give it to God. Dont write anything on it, just give it. It's between you and God.

There is a story of a man, he owe his school may be N30, this man has to go back to school, with N3000 all the teachers principal etc are no more there, but yet he did what was right in eyes of God.

when I gave my life to Christ, God was so faithful to me. All what I picked from my office, i returned them, when i show my boss all things i have already used for my personal need, he said i should not border refunding them. Infact his trust towards me increase.

When I was doing my youth service at Abia, all what I took from people, God himself make me meet someone in my office that come from that particular town where i did my service. This man help me to returned every things back to the owner.

All what i cant refund, i confess to the owner, and God was so faithful and he help me in the restitution
people were like so this boy can accept Christ so and so

Browsed through my all my belongings. I thank GOD for His grace making me start my restitution. I pray He will enable me make a perfect restitution. There are lots of things I dont know how I got them nor their owners. I just know they aint mine. What do I do with them?

The lord is a faithful God. All you need to do is to pack all that are not yours and you are willing to return back to the lord, pack them in one side and tell the lord. God of heaven and earth, you know mercy can only be found on earth and if I die, without returning things that are not mine, there will be no more mercy?
I wish to obey your word, but I cant even remember who owns these things.
Pls lord, help me to finish my restitution.
God is not an idol, he gave you ear, so he can hear. He will surely make a way out for you.
