Anytime they want to deceive the masses about so call "project", they parade whites of nobodies to bring credence to it. Those Eastern-eruopean whites are not as qualified as Nigerian engineers.Bro if not for freedom of information act that Jonathan signed which his predecessors refused to sign, you and I cannot have a robust convo online. That said, don't abuse those rights. Jonathan is trying his best. Nobody expected opposition to applaud him for anything because it is not in their interest, thus your stand is understandable but be a little objective when you criticise this man (Gej). 7 Likes |

There was nothing wrong with the Aladja - Itakpe - Ajaokuta railway line as it was meant to move steel products between landlocked Ajaokuta and Aladja that has a water way. If they want to use it for passenger traffic now then its a good development, they should try and extend the line from Ajaokuta to Abuja and from Aladja to Warri then we can now do Warri to Kaduna in say 3 hours if they speed is quite good and that will be real development. 1 Like |

By d way, just in d way of context: It took 10 different Admins from 1975 to date to Complete a 253km Standard Rail Guage WHILST it is taking just about 3yrs for a SINGLE Admin to complete the new 167km Abuja-Kaduna Standard Rail Guage from Scratch (its construction started in 2010/2011 and is already more than 70% complete as at today); and, it is even GEJ who is presently completing this perpetuali Abandoned project. Abuja Standard Metro Line is also been done concurrently; just as d 3500km Narrow Rail Lines that were comatose for a long time are been Resuscitated, with trains already moving on the Lagos-Kano Line..... It seems CONFUSION is seriously reigning among the Arewa People's Congress, APC to the extent that they are actually providing information to validate Jonathan's TRANSFORMATION work in our dear country that has witnessed many Start & Stop, DISCONTINUED & Abandoned projects. Is it not such a good thing that GEJ did not follow OBJoke's bad example of discontinuing the project yet again ![]() Thank you Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as you CONTINUE working TIRELESSLY to resuscitate our country from its comatose position despite the many hurdles and obstacles, violent & non-violent thrown your way by those who wish us no good. BTW, does anyone know if trains have started moving on Fashola's metro line, after almost 15 years of progreTHIEF 419 governance by Tinubu and his boy, boy with multi-trillion naira down the drain, including some 60% as Internally Generated Revenue directly from Lagos residents ![]() Yet this was a project initially commenced by Jakande before Ayatollah Buhari cancelled & discontinued it after overthrowing him and locking him up in jail along with others ![]() That was more than 30 years ago ![]() ![]() What a shameless ethno-religious BIGOT who wants to enjoy the benefits of democracy after his 1983 coup! 5 Likes |

The propaganda is quite a lot, and real work is not taking place, this line again say we had been virtually completed, it actually passes through my village, its just that since different people bought the companies at both ends of the railway line there was not much transaction between them. Delta Steel Company, Aladja gets raw materials by the ports and sells end product same way so the indian owners decided not to invest money on the rail infrastructure. 1 Like |
