Since you are in abuja you can go to waec office gwagwalada to complain it will be reprinted and given to you but it will cost you.

Well in 2008 I lost mine and I retrieved it back in waec office with the some of 2,000, the requirment is to write a letter to waec registra requesting for a retrieval of ur reg then take two passports of urs along
