JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Company is a firm of Chartered Architects, Interior & Landscape Design Consultants. Its area of expertise is in sophisticated residential and office designs. Being a leading architectural firm, clients come to the company for extraordinary work developed through a highly collaborative effort.


The company is currently seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant who will report directly to the Managing Director.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
• Organization & Secretarial Administration; stenography and transcription
• Interpersonal Relations
• Excellent IT and time management skills.
• Oral & Written Communication – knowledge of the structure of the English language including extensive vocabulary, rules of composition and grammar
• Supervisory
• Political Savvy
• High levels of integrity, self confidence, self motivation and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:
• 3-4 years relevant working experience
• Good 1st degree in Secretarial Studies/Administration, the Humanities or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution.
