Well Islamically nothing stops him from marrying a girl of that age but she must attain puberty before any f**king. If at all he divorced the other wife just to get a new engine, Islam frowns at that kind of marriage just for testing. How he expects his marriage to work out with these Egyptians beats my imagination. He is old for any form of blending to take place with regards to cultural differences.
