Client Service Officer
Responsibilities:
• Receive and direct incoming phone enquiries and attending to walk-in clients
• Efficient coordination of all appointments, dealing promptly with postponements and cancellations and preparing documentation pertaining to new client information. (This involves undertaking a basic assessment of service needs).
• Receiving and posting payments and accounts, petty cash, daily banking and data entry


Qualification: HND in Banking and Finance, Business Administration and Insurance.

Business Support Executives
Responsibilities:

• Monitors the satisfaction of customers and users, and hearing the needs of customers regarding improvements in products and services.
• Initiates ideas to product managers for improvements and new functionalities in our products and services.
• Contributes to the testing of new products and report any error or discrepancies during the product/ service development phase.

Qualification: HND Accounting

Contact Centre Officer

Responsibilities:

• Answers and manages the queries of the customers in case of customer support.
• Maintains the quality of customer service by tracking the queries using software provided, escalating the queries whenever necessary to the Team Leader/Manager., tracking the response time etc.

Qualification: HND in any Discipline but can speak at least 2 Nigerian Languages

Salary for all roles: Ranges between N62,585.18 and N99,952.21,depending on work experience and professional certificates.
